Sacramento's, Tinoco's Mexican food makes a delicious torta.
A seven-inch telera is sliced in the middle and given a light butter spread. Then placed on the griddle to toast the telera. Followed by a mayonnaise spread on one piece of bread and refried beans on the other. Topped with Tinoco's famous milanesa, sliced ham, a scrambled egg bed, and melted mozzarella cheese. Topped with raw onions, pickled jalapenos, and queso fresco.
